With over 21 years of sales and service experience, Mr. González has established a reputation of credibility in this industry. Mr. González is a designer and the concept developer of the facings and kiosks for Automated Teller Machines in Puerto Rico. He is also world wide known as an ATM’s security expert. His portfolio includes prestigious firms and banks such as: Banco Santander, Banco BilbaoVizcaya Argentaria, First Bank, City Bank, Doral Bank, Oriental Bank, Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito de Arecibo and Western Bank. Mr. González has marketed this conept in the international arena as well, with costumers such as Banco Popular Dominicano, in Dominican Republic; Banklay’s and First Bank, in the United States Virgin Islands.

On 2001 NCR gave Mr. González the WCS/AMERICAS REGION “VICE PRESIDENT’S AWARD” in recognition to an outstanding performance. That same year, his work was also acknowledged by Banco Santander “2001 Customer Survey”.

With various specialized titles such as: Electronic engineering Technician (Dominican Technology Institute); studies in microprocessor’s technology (National Radio Institute); Bachelor’s Degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Business Management specialized in Information Systems (University of Puerto Rico); and courses on Point of Sales Programming (Triversity – Toronto, Canada), Mr. Basilis counts with over 25 years of experience in the information technology area.

He has worked in several companies such as: Electromecánica Aurrera, S.A., as an administrator programmer. He also worked in the Dominican Institute of Technology as a Teacher of Basic Electricity. In 1980 he began to work for NCR Puerto Rico Corporation as a Rework Specialist. Thanks to his effort and dedication he obtained various awards: Service department Employee of the year (1982); Member of the Quality Team (1993); Associate of the month (March 1994); and the Chief Financial Officer Excellence Award. Mr. Basilis kept growing in the company and moved to more prestigious position like: Supervisor of the Spare Parts Department (in charge of a 2 million dollars inventory); Financial Analyst for the Latin-American region; third party technical services Implementator (for non NCR equipment); Logistic Department Supervisor; Retail Systems Supervisor; and Territory Manager & Financial Planner. Mr. Basilis has recently become part of the Empresas Arlequín dba DCRS group of work working as the Operation Manager.
