  2. At the moment our products supports:
    • NDC / NDC+ emulation.
    • DDC emulation
    • ISO 8583 emulation

  3. Are your ATM’s ADA (Voice Guidance) Certified?
  4. Yes, all our ATM’s are ADA (Voice Guidance) certified.

  5. What kind of communication protocol does your ATM terminal support?
  6. Until now, our products supports:
    • TCP/IP
    • X.25
    • SDLC/SNA or HDLC

  7. Does your ATM terminal support dial-up communication? How about wireless connection?
  8. Yes our products support dial-up PSTN. \The terminal supports GPRS / CDMA wireless connection.

  9. Do you have ATM switching system solution?
  10. Yes. We 've developed an ATM switching sytem which is using ISO 8583 application protocol. The name is DAPS-FEEL .

  11. Do you develop all the application by yourself?
  12. Yes. GRG Banking fully owns all intellectual property of its application software.

  13. Does your ATM terminal support utility payment? Transaction screen full motion video?
  14. Yes.

  15. How many cassettes do you support with the dispenser? Other capability of your dispenser?
  16. Our ATM terminal supports maximum 4 cassettes for 4 different denominations based on different dispenser options. For other detail please refer to the leaflet of our ATM models.

  17. What is the security features of your ATM products?
  18. For physical security:
    • UL 291 level one compliance safe
    • CEN-L Compliance Safe
    • CEN-IV Compliance Safe (on some models)
    • CEN-IV EX-Gas Compliance Safe (on some models)
    For PIN security:
    • EPP with DES / TRIPLE DES
    EMV Level 1 & Level 2 (E22 only) certified card reader/writer
    EMV Level 2 on types approval (for models other than E22)

  19. What is your market performance in domestic and oversea area?
  20. GRG Banking is the only local supplier who had been qualified by China major banks to join and win the tender. GEG Banking has got multiple market access mainly in Asian Pacific region. Until now our ATMs are providing reliable services to the customers in various countries.

  21. What is your oversea marketing policy? How do you provide the service and technical support?
  22. We are always looking for local distributors who fully understand the ATM industry and business. We rely on our local service provider to do the maintenance and support our end users by quick response.

    To do this, we will give the comprehensive training to our service provider before we ship the products. And we will also offer the low cost spare parts continuously for our service providers to establish the local inventory.
